The owner's dedication to guests was evident, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The noise from nearby clubs made it difficult to sleep, especially on weekend nights.

this hotel was ideal for me and my partner , close to all the restaraunts and bars, no staff hassled us, and was friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, i will be staying again in october for 2 weeks

Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. They try to please you as much as they can. The hotel is very central and close to many restaurants, bars and nightlife. Sea is walking distance. Perfect place for people who like nightlife, entertainment, music. Apartments are decent with full kitchen and utilities.

Possibly the best and absolutely amazing stay on holiday with another family who are still there now and had a great time. Plenty of outstanding food. Fantastic, incredible location next to 2 shops, an excursion booking office, an A & E hospital walk in place and a tattooist/piercing studio and the bars and shops which is great. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Staff quickly moved us at 1am when there was a leak. Wi-Fi was slow.

Next to "Gumbet" diners street. Perfect location. Clean, not expensive. Private swimming pool and parking place. Kind staff. Have fun.

Noise during night. But if you want to sleep tight, please go to a mountain or somewhere, not here! Should consider adding single guests to their portfolio.

Very friendly and helpful staff eventhough an exception for one reception staff. The location is excellent to explore Gumbet and Bodrum in general with a car. Private parking spaces, nice pool with sunbeds. Good kitchen and a small balcony and good value for money.

Nearby night clubs making lound musics and dancing whole nights, Wi-Fi is available only in public areas, so private or business browsing were not possible always.

I loved the spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, and the clean pool area was a perfect relaxation spot! The noise from the bars nearby was a bit much some nights.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent: a market and a small store were within walking distance.

Superb location. Been to Gumbet couple of times, one of the best hotels so far. Staff are very helpful. Good nightlife. I will definately go again.

The location is fantastic, just 300 metres from a lovely beach where we enjoyed sunny days with water sports. The pool area was clean and a nice spot for the kids. We brought along our pet, and the staff were super accommodating!

My children wished for better noise insulation.

Best location, at the center of all the happenings. Restaurants and bars close by. Walking distance to the beach. Hotel has a nice pool and very very friendly staff.

The appartement was okay and the guys behind the infromation desk were friendly and helpfull. The swimming pool is very nice

The biggest issue for us (two friends, 32) was the noise outside. During the day the music at the swimming pool is very loud. So no nice relaxing day at the swimming pool. Late in the evening all the surrounding bars and restaurants play very loud music as well. Maybe nice for younger people, but not if quiet is what you are looking for. And nice but not so clean rooms. Bathroom was not cleaned once during our 2 weeks stay (use flip flops in shower!). Rest of the rooms were cleaned, but just basic. All in all a good hotel if you want don't mind loud music and don't want to spend a lot of money.
